From the description on your Web site and on your book jacket, you seem to have been a confident, successful woman since birth! Were you ever a mere mortal? I still feel like a mere mortal! The reason I became an expert on self-esteem development was because I once didn’t have any. I attended finishing schools and visited modeling agencies searching for confidence. Now, I share with people how I overcame my own low self-esteem, providing assurance that they are not alone in their own self-esteem issues.

How would you describe your coaching approach? I begin with questioning to discover who you want to be. Then I allow you to make your own plan. I won’t tell people what to do but I will tell them when they’re heading in the wrong direction.

What’s on the horizon for you and your company, Turning Point International? Lots of exciting things! We’ll be conducting a cross-country book tour in an RV, beginning in Dallas this April. We’re also working on an Internet movie and will be completing the audio book for You Are More Than Enough. In addition, we’ll be conducting a workshop to teach people how to use their Achievement Journals to realize their goals. And I have a contract for a new book geared to both men and women.
